Theo Anderson 3f8187117d .github: [pkgcheck] ignore OldPackageUpdate checks ...

These updates are used for packages which have moved from ::guru
 to ::gentoo under a different category/name.
Pkgcheck only looks for the updated package within ::guru even
 if it still exists in ::gentoo
