app-misc/mymefetch: Remove myself as active maintainer and mark the package as maintainer-needed

I have moved from Gentoo for a while now and do not have quite the motivation to continue maintaining this package anymore, therefore I am considering myself an inactive maintainer and consequentially making this package orphaned. Anybody is free to continue maintaining this package and consider themselves active maintainers without asking me for permission.
